At Hunterdon Hills Playhouse, we understand that plans can change. Because our productions involve advance preparation of food, staffing, and performances, the following cancellation policy applies to all ticket purchases, reservations, and group bookings.

Individual Tickets

• All ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Group Reservations (20 or more guests)

• Final guest counts and balances are due no later than 14 days prior to the performance date.
• Reductions to the guest count after the final payment deadline are not eligible for refunds or credits.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled performance will result in forfeiture of the full reservation amount.

Bus & Tour Operator Groups

• Bus and tour operator reservations follow the same group cancellation terms unless otherwise outlined in a signed contract.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

• No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows
• Performances and meals begin promptly as scheduled.
